I am and have always been a lover of all kinds of delicious food. For the most of my adult life, I suffered with all sorts of digestive problems including bloating, heartburn and stomach cramps. In 2012 I was diagnosed with anemia and i become intolerant to some food, including wheat and dairy.
It was, without a doubt, very challenging thing to bring about a complete change in my diet.
I started experimenting with fitness recipes inspired by online recipes and keeping them. Cooking and baking recipes which are free from gluten, dairy, refined sugar, additives and preservatives.
